Once you click the “Submit" button, you should see a "Thank you" page on your internet browser. This page confirms that your recipe has been received and submitted into a review process to ensure that it complies with the Official Rules. Please note that while your recipe is undergoing review, it is not yet considered a valid entry into the contest.
Once your recipe is reviewed, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address you supplied on the registration form. If your recipe complies with the Official Rules, this confirmation email will state that your submission has been accepted as an approved entry into the contest. If your recipe is not accepted as an approved entry, the email will detail the reasons why your recipe was declined.
Only your first three approved submissions are accepted into the contest. If you have fewer than three approved and you received a rejection email, fix what is wrong and resubmit it. Once submitted, it will go through the approval process again. If it is approved, it will be counted as another approved submission.

Regional Finalists will be chosen by a panel of judges based on the recipe's originality (33.3%), perceived taste appeal (33.3%) and perceived paring with Riunite Lambrusco (33.3%).
Regional Winners will be chosen by a panel of judges at their respective live cook-off events based on the recipe’s originality (25%), taste (25%), appearance/overall presentation (25%) and pairing with Riunite Lambrusco (25%).

Five (5) Finalist Prizes Per Region:
Each Finalist will receive two (2) upper-level end zone football game tickets and one (1) $300 pre-paid debit card for required chili ingredients, fuel, toll and parking expenses. Finalists are responsible for providing their own transportation and lodging (where applicable).
One (1) Grand Prize Per Region:
The Grand-Prize Winner will receive a $1,000 check.
